6 Days Working (WFO)

No. of Positions: 01

Experience - Minimum 2 years in recruitment (Females only)

Education Qualification: MBA & Graduate

Responsibilities:

? Source candidates using a variety of search methods like job portals, LinkedIn etc.

? Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings

? Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it.

? Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements

? Perform reference checks on need basis

? Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiation of employment terms

? Manage on boarding process for new joiners

? Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
