Key Responsibilities



Recruitment Strategy & Execution



Manage end-to-end recruitment for skilled, highly skilled, and corporate-level staff as per client-specific requirements in both government and private sectors. Understand job descriptions and role expectations by coordinating with clients and internal departments. Plan and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, consultancies, and professional networks. Conduct screening, telephonic/video interviews, and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and client criteria.

Client-Specific Hiring



Customize recruitment strategies as per the client's sector, staffing needs, and service-level agreements (SLAs). Ensure timely placement of quality candidates to meet client deadlines and project requirements. Coordinate with clients for interview scheduling, offer confirmation, and onboarding plans.

Documentation and Compliance



Verify educational, professional, and identity documents of selected candidates. Ensure all recruitment and onboarding documentation is complete and compliant with client and company standards. All recruitment records--including candidate profiles, selection status, documentation, and onboarding details--must be systematically entered and maintained in the ERPNext software used by the company.

Reporting & Coordination



Provide regular recruitment updates and analytical reports to the senior HR team and management. Collaborate with the training and operations teams for post-selection orientation and deployment readiness. Monitor recruitment KPIs such as sourcing efficiency, time-to-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio.

Educational Qualification & Experience



Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory). 1-3 years of experience in recruitment for skilled, highly skilled, or corporate roles. Experience working with government tenders, institutional clients, or staffing services is preferred. Hands-on experience with ERPNext or similar HRMS software is required.
