Key Responsibilities:
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
Source and screen candidates through various channels
Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate records and update recruitment reports
Support onboarding and documentation processes
Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Good understanding of hiring processes and sourcing techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
Preferred:
Experience in [industry, e.g., IT, BPO, healthcare] recruitment
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
