Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition to onboarding.
Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Create and revise job descriptions and specifications based on organizational needs.
Conduct thorough job and task analyses to define job requirements and objectives.
Prepare and distribute recruitment materials across various channels such as job boards, newspapers, colleges, and social media platforms.
Utilize databases, social media, and other resources to source and attract qualified candidates.
Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
Conduct interviews using a variety of selection tools and methods to assess candidate suitability.
Stay updated on HR recruiting best practices and implement them effectively.
Generate and present recruitment reports to team managers.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Proven track record in recruitment, preferably in either an in-house or agency setting.
Hands-on experience with various selection processes including video interviewing, phone screening, and reference check
