Key Responsibilities
Understand the hiring needs and job requirements of various departments.
Source potential candidates through online job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/video interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate salary offers and assist with onboarding formalities.
Maintain recruitment data and documentation accurately.
Keep up with the latest hiring trends and recruitment best practices.
Candidate Requirements
Education:
Graduate preferred. HSC (12th pass) candidates may be considered based on interview performance.
Experience:
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Age:
18 to 30 years.
Languages:
Fluency in
Hindi

English
is essential.
