We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team and help identify, attract, and hire top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying the right candidates, strong communication skills, and an understanding of our company culture and mission. You will play a key role in sourcing candidates for various roles across departments, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from initial contact through to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open positions. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the company culture. Maintain an up-to-date recruitment pipeline and track key performance metrics. Support onboarding efforts for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role. Strong understanding of recruitment practices and sourcing strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and fit within a team.
