Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions.
Source candidates using various channels such as job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant departments.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare hiring reports.
Assist in onboarding new employees and documentation.
Support general HR functions as required.
Requirements:
MBA in Human Resources is mandatory.
0-1 year of experience in HR or recruitment (internships count).
Good understanding of recruitment practices and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Attributes:
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
