Source and screen candidates for various job roles using job portals, social media, and databases.
Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate with clients (companies) to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Maintain and update candidate databases and daily recruitment trackers.
Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and employers.
Assist in onboarding selected candidates and ensure documentation is complete.
Promote training and placement programs to job seekers.
Maintain records of interviews, feedback, conversions, and client communication.
Generate daily/weekly recruitment reports and share with senior HR staff.
