Job Title: HR Recruiter and Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter and Operations professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, as well as overseeing operational aspects of the HR function. This role requires a unique blend of recruitment expertise and operational acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

- Source and attract top talent for various roles
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify suitable candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs
- Manage job postings, candidate databases, and recruitment metrics

Operations:

- Oversee HR operational processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance
- Manage employee data, records, and documentation
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes

Requirements:

Any graduate
Minimum 1 year of experience
preferred male candidate
6 Days Working
Work Timing - 10 TO 6

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
