The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, maintaining accurate hiring dashboards, and ensuring data-driven hiring decisions. This role requires someone who is proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working closely with internal HR and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
Utilize job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels to attract relevant talent.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards on a regular basis.
Ensure recruitment data accuracy for internal MIS and HR reporting.
Coordinate and facilitate walk-ins, bulk hiring, and interview drives if needed.
Support in maintaining recruitment SLAs, TATs, and quality of hire metrics.
Serve as the on-ground point of contact for recruitment operations, vendor reporting, and process adherence.
Provide regular updates and insights to the HR team on hiring progress, pipeline status, and closure timelines.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
1-5 years of recruitment experience preferably in an on-site setting.
Proficient in using recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and candidate evaluation methods.
Excellent Excel and data reporting skills - must be comfortable with maintaining dashboards and recruitment metrics.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
Experience working on-premises for client-side recruitment operations.
Exposure to hiring across various functions (tech/non-tech/volume hiring).
Familiarity with dashboard tools like Google Sheets, Excel Pivot Tables.
