We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with at least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the IT industry, a strong network of tech professionals, and the ability to source, screen, and place qualified candidates in a variety of IT roles. Responsibilities:

Conduct full-cycle recruitment for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding candidates. Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent. Create job descriptions and post job advertisements on various platforms. Support new employee on-boarding processes, including orientation. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal regulations. Build and maintain a network of IT professionals, both active and passive, to ensure a continuous talent pipeline. Maintain accurate recruitment records and report on key metrics related to the hiring process.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2 years of proven experience in IT recruitment. Strong understanding of technical skills and IT job roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
