Position: HR Recruiter (Hardcore Recruitment Role)

Location: Malad, Mumbai

Salary: ?20,000 to ?50,000 (In Based on interview & experience

Shift: Day Shift or Rotational (Based on Process)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Week Offs: 1 Sunday

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

HSC/Graduate (Freshers with excellent communication are welcome) SSC + 12 months relevant experience SSC + 3-Year Diploma holders may apply as freshers

Experience:

1 to 10+ Years in hardcore recruitment, BPO, or staffing Strong preference for agency or internal recruiters with proven hiring targets

Communication:

Must have

excellent English communication skills (10/10)*
Strong negotiation, screening, and closing skills required

Recruitment Skills Required:

Hands-on experience in bulk hiring, mass walk-ins, or niche hiring Proficiency in using job portals, social media, and internal databases Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring targets End-to-end recruitment ownership from sourcing to onboarding
