HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

HR Recruiter

with at least

2 years of hands-on recruitment experience

, preferably in

customer service, blue-collar staffing, or hospitality sectors

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle -- from sourcing and screening to onboarding -- ensuring we attract and hire the best talent for various operational and service roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments. Source candidates through portals, referrals, social media, and field outreach. Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate fit. Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate databases. Drive walk-in drives, bulk hiring campaigns, and field recruitment when required. Ensure timely closure of positions with quality candidates. Assist with onboarding and joining formalities. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for future requirements.

Preferred Profile:

Minimum

2 years of recruitment experience

is mandatory. Experience in

customer service, blue-collar, or hospitality recruitment

is highly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with high-volume hiring and fast-paced environments. Proficiency in using job portals, social media hiring, and Excel. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
