HR Recruiter - Manufacturing Domain (Female Candidates Only)

Education: Any Graduate / MBA

Experience: Minimum 0-3 years (Recruitment experience in manufacturing industry preferred)

Location: Chinchwad Pune

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter (Female) with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment within the manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle and ensuring timely hiring for middle and senior-level positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. Work on Naukri and other major job portals for sourcing potential candidates.

Utilize various recruitment sources including databases, referrals, and social media.

Manage middle-level and senior-level recruitment effectively.

team direction and assist in achieving departmental hiring goals.

Draft and manage professional email communication with candidates and internal teams.

Maintain and nurture a positive and professional working environment.

Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and documentation.

Key Skills Required:

Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment cycle.

Hands-on experience with Naukri and other recruitment portals.

Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and team-handling abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Smart, confident, and well-Presentable Personality.
