We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter with a minimum of 8 years of proven expertise in recruitment within the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of both technical and non-technical hiring and must be skilled in managing end-to-end recruitment cycles with speed, accuracy, and persistence.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles in a manufacturing setup.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals like Naukri, Indeed, Shine, and LinkedIn.
Aggressively cold call and schedule interviews to meet urgent hiring needs.
Conduct initial telephonic or video screenings, coordinate with department heads, and manage the interview process.
Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Collaborate with departmental managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
