Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, meeting aggressive hiring targets, and ensuring the selection of high-performing sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for sales and field roles in the FMCG sector.
Identify, source, and screen candidates through job portals, professional networks, social media, and referrals.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final rounds with business heads and regional managers.
Achieve
monthly and quarterly recruitment targets
within defined timelines.
Maintain and update a talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
Partner with sales leadership to understand manpower needs, role requirements, and hiring strategies.
Track and report recruitment metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Ensure a seamless
candidate experience
aligned with company culture and values.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in
FMCG recruitment
, specifically in hiring
sales and field teams
.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding
recruitment targets
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of FMCG market dynamics and talent landscape.
Self-driven
, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
