- Source candidates through existing databases, consultants, job portals, and social media platforms.
- Schedule interviews for all shortlisted candidates.
- Evaluate CVs as per the required criteria.
- Identify open positions and assess transfer options for the post.
- Issue interview call letters.
- Facilitate HR and Technical interviews.
- Maintain and update the database and recruitment reports.
- Engage in headhunting, referral checks, and sourcing via portals, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Build and maintain strong networks with both active and passive candidates.
