Job Description

HR Associate with 6+ months of recruitment work experience required in a reputed consulting firm located at Sion, Mumbai

JD:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for CAs, auditors, and finance professionals

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks (e.g., ICAI, LinkedIn)

- Screen resumes, conduct HR rounds, and coordinate technical interviews

- Facilitate smooth onboarding, including background verification, documentation, and induction for finance and audit hires

- Ensure background checks and complete documentation

- Maintain HRMS records and ensure policy compliance

- Oversee exit formalities and conduct exit interviews

5-day workweek with 1 working Saturday per month

Salary up to Rs 30,000 per month
