We are looking for a motivated

HR Recruiter (Male)

to join our People & Culture team in Calicut. The ideal candidate should have at least

1 year of experience in recruitment

and a strong passion for talent acquisition and people management.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements. Manage job postings, candidate databases, and recruitment reports. Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule technical/managerial rounds. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Support employer branding and recruitment-related activities.

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience in recruitment

(preferred in retail/IT/sales hiring). Bachelor's degree/MBA in HR or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requirements. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals/social media hiring. Male candidates preferred.
