Manage the full recruitment cycle-job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Source qualified candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, job fairs, referrals, and social media.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Conduct initial telephonic screening and evaluate candidates' qualifications.
Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers.
Handle bulk hiring / field recruitment (if applicable).
Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the process.
Support HR activities such as induction, documentation, and joining formalities.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Basic HR documentation knowledge.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
