Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for blue-collar positions (riders.). Manage

onboarding, documentation, and induction

of new hires. Maintain and monitor

attendance and daily reporting

of field employees. Address and resolve

employee grievances

and ensure smooth communication. Conduct regular

field visits to

ensure workforce engagement and compliance. Support in

retention initiatives

and employee engagement activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline Minimum 1 year of experience in

blue-collar hiring

. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Hands-on experience in

field recruitment and employee handling

. Proficiency in

MS Excel and reporting

. Must be comfortable with

fieldwork and travel

Hiring only local candidates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
