Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for blue-collar positions (riders). Manage

onboarding, documentation, and induction

of new hires. Maintain and monitor

attendance and daily reporting

of field employees. Address and resolve

employee grievances

and ensure smooth communication. Coordinate with payroll for

salary processing and attendance reconciliation

. 20% field visits will be there to ensure workforce engagement and compliance. Support in

retention initiatives

and employee engagement activities. Maintain

MIS reports

and recruitment trackers on a regular basis

Hiring local candidates only.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
