Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring requirements.
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Update and manage candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Follow up with candidates and clients for feedback and further steps.
