Screening & Interviewing:
Conduct initial phone screenings, evaluate resumes, and assess candidate qualifications. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Job Postings & s:
Write and post engaging job descriptions across multiple channels to attract qualified candidates. Keep job postings updated and aligned with the company's needs.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the recruitment process aligns with team goals. Provide guidance on best practices for interviewing and candidate evaluation.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by providing timely communication, feedback, and a seamless interview process.
Offer Negotiation & Onboarding:
Assist with job offer preparation and negotiate salary and benefits with candidates. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
Data Tracking & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and recruitment metrics. Provide regular updates to HR leadership regarding recruitment progress.
Employer Branding:
Promote the company's culture and values to attract top talent. Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to represent the company and engage with potential candidates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Proven experience (1-3 years) in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and hiring best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and social media for recruitment purposes.
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in a specific industry or with particular job functions (e.g., tech, healthcare).
Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., SHRM-CP, AIRS).
Working Conditions:
Full-time position with flexible working hours.
Ability to work remotely or in an office setting depending on company policy.
