About the job We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our Fx Retina team. As a HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talented individuals to join our team. You will work closely with our directors and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs. This is an on-site position and requires strong communication skills, self-management abilities, and proficiency in using different platforms to source the right candidate for the agency. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with directors and team heads to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards), networking, and other creative methods.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates\xe2\x80\x99 qualifications, skills, and fit for the position.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Basic Knowledge of Digital Marketing.
- Proven track record of hiring candidates using different platforms
- Experience working as HR Recruiter
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices
