KSM Marine Logistics is seeking a dynamic

HR Recruiter

with a strong background in

logistics

and

executive-level work

. The ideal candidate should be able to

manage end-to-end recruitment

, handle

employee relations

, and assist with

operational and executive tasks

to ensure smooth business functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for logistics, operations, and support roles. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, referrals, and networking. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final rounds with hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.

HR Operations & Compliance

Manage onboarding and induction for new hires. Handle employee documentation and ensure compliance with labor laws. Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination. Support performance management and appraisal processes.

Executive Assistance & Coordination

Assist senior management with scheduling, reporting, and coordination. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes as required. Act as a point of contact between management and staff.

Logistics Coordination

Understand logistics processes to hire the right talent. Work closely with the operations team to align manpower planning with business needs. Support in tracking manpower for shipping, transport, and marine logistics activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in

Human Resources

,

Business Administration

, or related field.

2-5 years

of HR recruitment experience, preferably in the

logistics or shipping industry

. Knowledge of

marine logistics operations

will be an advantage. Strong understanding of

compliance and HR processes

. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

. Ability to multitask and work in a

fast-paced environment

.

Preferred Background:

Previous experience recruiting for

logistics, shipping, or transportation roles

. Hands-on experience with

executive tasks

, reporting, and coordination. Comfortable working closely with

senior leadership

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
