Job Description

We are looking for an

HR Recruiter - IT Hiring

with hands-on experience in end-to-end technical recruitment. The candidate should be well-versed with sourcing profiles through the

Naukri portal

and other recruitment channels, screening candidates, and coordinating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

end-to-end IT recruitment

including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure Strong experience in using

Naukri Portal

(Resume Database search, Job Posting, Boolean search) Source candidates through

job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media

Screen resumes as per technical requirements and assess candidate suitability Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and offer acceptance Maintain and update

recruitment trackers and MIS reports

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
