Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter located in Bengaluru. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The Recruiter will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a talent pipeline, creating job descriptions, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
Experience in sourcing and screening candidates
Strong interviewing and evaluation skills
Ability to develop and maintain a talent pipeline
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of recruitment tools and software
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
