Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for various roles (sourcing to onboarding).
Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
Source candidates through
Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media
.
Conduct initial
screening calls
, assess candidate fit, and schedule interviews.
Maintain and update
recruitment trackers and MIS reports
.
Coordinate interviews (online/offline) and follow up with candidates.
Handle
offer rollouts, negotiations
, and background checks.
Ensure
excellent candidate experience
throughout the hiring process.
Support HR operations as required (documentation, employee queries, etc.).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
1-4 years of proven experience in recruitment (preferably in EdTech / IT / Corporate hiring).
Strong knowledge of
sourcing techniques
and social media recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking tools.
