We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the hiring process. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to talent acquisition, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
Utilize negotiation skills to facilitate offers and close candidates effectively.
Assist in campus recruitment initiatives to attract emerging talent.
Support internal recruiting efforts by identifying opportunities for employee development and succession planning.
Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance their experience.
Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in talent management and acquisition.
Skills
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively.
Experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, and HR sourcing.
Proficient in using ATS platforms such as Lever, iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday for efficient candidate management.
Solid understanding of employment & labor law as it pertains to recruitment practices.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and stakeholders.
Familiarity with HRIS systems like Paychex, UltiPro, or Kronos for managing employee data.
Ability to conduct employee evaluations and manage employee relations effectively.
Experience in cold calling for lead generation within the recruitment context.
Knowledge of social media management strategies for talent attraction.
