Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and organized

HR Recruiter

to manage end-to-end recruitment for our bakery operations, including production staff, sales teams, delivery staff, and managerial roles. The ideal candidate should understand fast-paced food industry hiring and be able to attract, screen, and onboard the right talent.

Key Responsibilities

Handle complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring Post job openings on Indeed and other job portals Recruit bakery staff such as pastry chefs, bakers, helpers, sales staff, delivery executives, and management roles Coordinate interviews with department heads and Managing Director Conduct initial HR interviews and background checks Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding process Maintain recruitment data and employee records Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements Support HR team with basic HR operations and compliance Assist with manpower planning and workforce scheduling
