Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings Manage job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements Stay at par with current recruiting trends and best practices Candidate Requirement Bachelor\'s Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience preferred Hands on experience with various sourcing portals like Naukri, Shine, etc. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing FMCG Hiring Salary \xe2\x80\x93 Up to 25K per month Job Type: Full-time Salary: 920,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Schedule:
