- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel/Word /Drafting/Email
- Salary: Negotiable
- Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
- End to end recruitment - minimum 100 calls
- Target- atleast 10 CVs per day
- Screen and interview job applicants by reviewing resumes and job applications
- Performing in-person, online and phone interviews with candidates
- Performing reference and background checks
- Coordinating interviews with the clients
- Following up on the interview process status
- Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
- Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Completing timely reports on employment activity
- Day shift
- Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)
