HR Recruiter - Healthcare
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles (Nurses, Caregivers, GDA, Therapists, Support Staff, Doctors, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and agencies
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with clinical and operations teams
Verify credentials, licenses, and background checks
Maintain recruitment database and reports
Manage joining formalities and documentation
Support manpower planning for hospitals, clinics, rehab centres, and homecare
Ensure hiring is done within TAT and budget
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of healthcare recruitment
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Ability to handle bulk hiring
Familiarity with job portals & HR tools
Basic understanding of labour laws & HR policies
Good coordination and follow-up skills
Qualifications:
Graduation / MBA in HR (preferred)
1-3 years experience in healthcare or hospital recruitment (Freshers with internship can apply)
