Understand hiring requirements from department heads.
Prepare and post job descriptions across job portals and social media.
Source potential candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
Conduct screening calls to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain a minimum target of
25 interviews per month
.
Ensure each position is closed within
30 days
of opening.
2. Interview & Selection Process
Conduct HR rounds and document evaluation notes.
Follow up with candidates for interview scheduling, feedback, and status updates.
Ensure timely communication with shortlisted and rejected candidates.
Coordinate with technical/departmental interviewers.
3. Documentation & Compliance
Collect required documents from selected candidates.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding paperwork.
Update and maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports
5. Additional Responsibilities
Maintain professional relationships with candidates and internal teams.
Participate in HR meetings, workforce planning, and process improvements.
Assist in other HR functions when required.
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree (HR, Business Administration, or related field).
6 months -1 year of experience in recruitment (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing abilities (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Ability to work under deadlines and targets.
Good organizational and documentation skills.
