Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for junior to senior-level positions
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with department heads
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of new hires
Follow up with candidates and provide timely feedback
Support employer branding and recruitment drives
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Required Skills & Competencies
Must have fluency in English (spoken and written)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Office and HR/recruitment tools
Good negotiation and candidate management skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Qualifications
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role (preferred)
Freshers with relevant internships may also apply
