Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting organizational hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
Source candidates through databases, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Communicate job offers and manage joining formalities.
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers may apply, if applicable).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Experience in bulk hiring or campus recruitment.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
