Resume Screening & Initial Assessment
Review incoming resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet basic job criteria.
Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage calendars and follow-up communications to keep the process on track.
Candidate Communication
Maintain regular contact with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
Provide updates, answer questions, and deliver interview instructions or feedback.
Applicant Tracking & Reporting
Enter and maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Track recruiting metrics and update candidate statuses in the system.
Administrative Support
Handle recruitment-related paperwork (offer letters, rejection emails, background checks).
Assist HR team with documentation and recruitment events like job fairs.
