Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



? Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

?Collaborate with departmental managers to understand their needs and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.

?Proactively source and attract top candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.

?Screen candidates based on experience, skills, and cultural fit.

?Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience.

?Assess candidates' personality, cultural fit, and career goals

?Verify credentials, qualifications, and work history.

?Coordinate interview processes, manage candidate communication, and support onboarding.

?Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions

?Update and manage employee data and recruitment records.

?Support HR operations when required.

REQUIREMENTS:



? 3-5 years experience in recruitment

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills

? Experience with recruitment tools and software

? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

? Fluency in English ,Hindi, Malayalam

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
