Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle full-cycle recruitment for roles across Editorial, Sales, Marketing, Events, Customer Support, Programmatic Ads, Video Production, and Corporate functions.
Source and hire candidates for UK & USA shifts, ensuring alignment with global standards.
Manage B2B hiring, specifically professionals experienced in media, publishing, sales, and corporate business partnerships.
Draft and publish attractive JDs, screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial rounds.
Build talent pipelines for high-volume and niche hiring.
2. Stakeholder Management
Work with UK & US teams for role requirements, interview coordination, and hiring updates.
Maintain strong coordination with department heads in India for seamless recruitment workflows.
Provide weekly hiring reports and updates to management.
3. Employer Branding & Sourcing
Strengthen AMG's presence on LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
Conduct targeted outreach to B2B professionals, media industry candidates, and international talent.
Maintain a database of prospective candidates for future requirements.
4. Process & Documentation
Ensure all hiring documentation aligns with UK, US, and Indian compliance guidelines.
Maintain accurate candidate records, interview notes, and offer documentation.
Coordinate background verification and onboarding formalities.
