Recruiter Responsibilities:
Stay updated about hiring trends and best practices.
Work closely with managers to understand the company's hiring needs.
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
Assist with other accounting projects.
Recruiter Qualification:
Bachelor's degree
3 years of experience in recruiting.
Should have good communication skills in English.
Proficiency in HR software.
