Key Responsibilities
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for IT and Non-IT positions
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and networking
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and close positions within defined timelines
Work towards
monthly hiring targets
and recruitment KPIs
Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and documentation
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Candidate Requirements
3-4 years of hands-on experience
in IT and Non-IT recruitment
Prior experience in a
recruitment agency/consultancy
is highly preferred
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a
target-based, fast-paced environment
Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
Immediate joiners will be given preference
