Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
Coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels
Source and screen candidates through multiple channels
Manage interview scheduling and candidate tracking
Support employer branding and ensure hiring compliance
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
1-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (IT/Non-IT)
Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
