Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Schedule and manage interview processes
Negotiate offers and ensure timely candidate closures
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Ensure a smooth onboarding handover to HR operations
Maintain a positive employer brand and candidate experience
Eligibility & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum
1+ years of experience
in recruitment or talent acquisition
Experience in hiring for [IT / Non-IT / Healthcare / Manufacturing - specify if needed]
Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring cycles
Familiarity with ATS and job portals
