About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Recruiter with experience in Sales and Marketing hiring and bulk recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, building strong talent pipelines, and supporting high-volume hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Marketing, and related roles. Handle bulk hiring requirements effectively and within defined timelines. Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, referrals, and other channels. Screen resumes, conduct first round interviews, and coordinate further rounds. Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports. Partner with business teams to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in sales and marketing roles. Hands-on experience with bulk hiring / mass recruitment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Proficiency with job portals, sourcing tools, and MS Office.

Work Location Requirement

The selected candidate must be available in Calicut for the initial 3 months for training and onboarding. Post the initial period, the candidate may work from Kochi or Calicut based on business needs.
