Job Summary:
We are seeking an HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding.
Maintain recruitment records and reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
0-2 years of recruitment experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
