We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle--from identifying hiring needs to onboarding qualified candidates. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to screen candidates effectively, and experience in using various hiring platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements and create clear job descriptions and postings
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates
Conduct HR interviews and coordinate technical/managerial interviews
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Assist in onboarding and joining formalities
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
Minimum 1 year experience in Recruitment
Proven experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT as applicable)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.)
Ability to handle multiple positions at once
Strong organizational and time-management skills
