to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations for our team supporting Australian clients. The role involves coordinating with onshore managers, handling HR documentation, and ensuring smooth employee management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage sourcing, screening, and interview coordination for Australian projects.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Support onboarding, offer letters, and documentation processes.
Coordinate between Indian and Australian teams for HR and recruitment updates.
Assist with payroll input and monthly HR reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration.
2-4 years of experience in recruitment and HR administration (BPO preferred).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Flexibility to align with Australian working hours when needed.
