Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to potential job seekers Explain job roles and assess candidates based on client requirements Convert inquiries to training program enrollments Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates Maintain accurate records of daily calls and outcomes

Requirements



Mandatory:

Proven experience in German recruitment

Previous telecalling experience (preferably in HR, recruitment, or sales) Excellent communication skills in

English, Malayalam, and Hindi

Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Google Forms, etc.) Self-motivated and target-driven
