The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle -- from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating the hiring process. The role requires strong communication, networking, and organizational skills to ensure timely and effective talent acquisition for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify hiring needs in collaboration with department heads and management.
Develop and post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.
Source potential candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and campus drives.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on required skills and qualifications.
Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update recruitment records and reports.
Manage onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during the recruitment process.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (1-3 years) in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Good understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media hiring.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
Excellent negotiation and networking abilities.
Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
